- You will be responsible for sales administration and inbound and outbound logistics: management of orders, supplies and transport.
Your main tasks :

- Operational management of orders and after-sales (registration, planning and follow-up) in collaboration with subcontractors
- Flows optimization in partnership with project engineers, sales staff, suppliers and customers.
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors in France, Spain and internationally
- Improvement of the logistics/Sales administration processes with the aim of reducing costs
- Use/configuration of an ERP
- Sourcing of new partners and subcontractors
- Daily exchanges with the teams abroad
- Development of the company’s business processes

Your profile :

- Higher education in Logistics
- Proven experience in Logistics, supply chain, sales administration/li>
- Excellent knowledge of the use of an ERP
- Rigour, organisation and method in work
- Ability to establish and consolidate a relationship of mutual trust with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as internally
- Team spirit, ability to work in interaction with all the company’s professions
- Want to get involved in a start-up that develops innovative concepts
- Curious and autonomous in his/her work.
- Fluent in French and Spanish, good command of English
